Taskforce keeps Mimosa pigra eradication on track. A joint taskforce, led by Biosecurity Queensland and involving Sunwater and Whitsunday Regional Council, recently converged on Peter Faust Dam near Proserpine to survey for Mimosa pigra – one of the world’s worst weeds.
